Robo-runners Competition

Today I'm at Sacred Heart RC Primary School in Derker, but while I'm here I thought I'd take this chance to tell you about some great competitions that can be found on the World Book Day Website. As well as competitions about Rainbow Magic, Goblins, Beast Quest, The Tiara Club and Grim Gruesome - Viking Villain, there's a great Robo-runners competition too.

If you'd like to win a Robo-runners goody bag, all you have to do is make a robot out of cereal packets, egg boxes, bubble wrap, toilet rolls (any old rubbish will do) - take a picture of it and send it in - I'll pick the five winners and each of them will receive a robo-tastic goody bag. I'm not sure what's going to be in the goody bag yet but I hope I get one too.

Click Here to download details of the competition. You can also have a look here to see some robots that were made when I went to visit Layton library last year.
